About Me

Adele grew up in Melbourne and after studying a double degree majoring in both accounting and psychology (weird combination??), she realised that accounting was in her blood!

She started her career as an accountant, in an accounting firm where she completed her Chartered Accountants qualification.  After 6 years, and being told she had the potential to be the first female partner, she decided she didn’t want to be a “boring old accountant” sitting behind the same desk every day for the rest of her career.

The doors then opened to being CFO in various businesses across a wide range of industries.  In many of these roles she was responsible for “cleaning up” their accounts, setting up proper processes and implementing regular high level reporting to business owners.  She’s also been involved in implementing new inventory management and accounting systems in a number of businesses.

During her 20 year career, she also found the time to get married and have a family.  Adele is the mother of two boys who keep her extremely busy!
